Hostess is gluten intolerant and helped me (also gluten intolerant) figure out what I should stay away from. She said that she would stay away from the eggs because basically everything is cooked on that flat top but that burgers and chicken are okay because they are cooked on their own grill. Super super helpful and unbelievable fast service! (I don’t even think it was five minutes before we got our meals…)
