The fresh basmati rice bowl is amazing! Start with a bed of lettuce, add basmati, your choice of gluten free chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, lamb kafta, falafel or grilled veggies. Then add hummus or garlic... or both for just .50 more! Next, choose from a load of fresh veggies! Seriously filling. Seriously fresh! Great fast and casual choice for Milfords healthy eaters!

Ok so I gave three stars because I am sure the food is alright. But the lady had no idea what gluten was. In fact my girlfriend said she was a celiac and the lady said, "oh no worries we don't have any dairy". She just didn't care. I have seen bricks with more expression lol

I tried their gluten free rice bowl, which was kinda soupy but flavorful rice surrounded by fresh lettuce. I opted for the chicken shawarma meat, garlic sauce, fresh veggies and two types of hummus. Milford has a lot of great gluten free friendly spots and this is now another option! Particularly great for those looking for a quick casual option in the area. Very wallet friendly and huge portions too!
