Sushi is tough. Some places give you a blank stare when you mention gluten free. Blue Hashi does not offer a gluten free menu but will make any of the rolls gluten-free by taking out any offending ingredients and they're knowledgeable as to which ingredients those are. They'll also bring you gluten free soy sauce. The rolls aren't as awesome as the original version but you can feel safe if you need to eat there with others. One of the waitresses is very knowledgeable and accommodating about celiac.
