We called ahead to ask if they could accommodate GF and were assured they could. We discussed that none of the sauces were GF. I asked for rolls with real crab so they would be strict GF, the waitress said ok. She said she doubled checked with staff. When she brought the roll she said GF crab stick roll. I didn't process that until after I was already feeling sick. Yup, I ate fake crab stick with gluten. I had the waitress look again. I'm going to be crazy sick for a week!! Gah!!!

I called ahead to ask and I did have to bring my own soy sauce. Sadly the seaweed salad and imitation crab have wheat and obviously anything deep fried. All the sauces they use on the sushi are gluten fee tho (except soy sauce on the counter for you to use) Desert they have chocolate covered strawberry that is gluten free. Just ask your server they are very friendly and helpful.

Yes they have gluten free soy sauce, but most all the food items contain gluten. All other brown sauces contain gluten, the tempura, and the imitation crab (which is in almost every roll). Stick to nigiri and edamame of you want to be safe.

They were nice and answered my questions about gluten free items. A lot of items have sauces as garnish and they did not seem very willing to custom make things. I asked for gluten free soy sauce as the previous reviewer mentioned, but I was told they didn't have any. I did not feel like I could not eat here, but I also did not feel like they were doing anything extra to accommodate gluten free people.

We've been going here for years, and love it! I've always brought my own soy sauce, but today our server told us that they now have gluten free soy sauce (by request)! Many (if not most) items are naturally gluten free.
