Review of Blue Line Pizza

Like all non-dedicated gluten free kitchens, they have a disclaimer on their menu saying that they can not guarantee that the food will be gluten free.

They offer an Udi's crust, so I figured it shouldn't be too hard for them to put something together without getting me sick. I've eaten at other pizza places before with no problem. I asked the waitress how good they were about keeping things separate and even asked her to talk to the cook. She came back with all smiles and said that they would be careful. There didn't seem to be any concern on their side of me dining there, so I felt comfortable taking my chances.

I had diarrhea for an entire week. If you're a celiac, do not eat here.
