Review of Blue Line Pizza

Gluten free pizza was so good! They use Udi's crust. It is cooked in a dedicated pan and they used a fresh clean pizza cutter to cut it. When they served it they used a plastic spatula and threw it away when done. We sat on the back patio. Very knowledgable. Very friendly.
