Our staff members are ServSafe trained and certified in Allergen Awareness and practice allergen exclusion methods, including those for Gluten. However, as our bakery does contain known allergens, our customers should assume that all of our products have come into contact with ingredients such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs and wheat. While traveling through rural Virginia everything was closed in preparations for bad weather. I called this place and even though she was closed, she picked up and gave me good recommendations to eat/shop safely GF in nearby Harrisburg. Such kindness and helpful recommendations! I plan to visit her shop next time I drive through.
