We ordered when they came to our apartment complex. When they saw that our order was Gluten Free, they messaged me to make sure some contamination was acceptable, as it’s a food truck and there is limited space. If you’re very sensitive, this is not the place for you, but for mild to moderate allergies it worked out fine!
Food was excellent! Crust was very tasty and I could not tell it was gluten-free by the taste alone, though my husband could.

While they do offer a delicious gf pizza crust, it is NOT safe for celiacs. I called a week before my friends wedding (which they catered) to ask about the safety of their gf pizza. The owner ASSURED me that her best friend (who has celiacs) eats the pizza every week and is just fine. She said that even though there are shared surfaces, since the wood fired oven reaches such high temperatures, the gluten is burned off. So even though I was wary, I did the classic move of "well if she has celiacs and can eat it, then I should be good too!" I wouldn't even consider myself a super sensitive celiac and I got pretty sick. Not being dramatic.. Don't get me wrong, the pizza was beyond delicious, just regret hit me soon after and I was sick for 2 days.... Great gf pizza, just not great for celiacs.
