Great little shop! Excellent cappuccinos and lattes, vegan and GF options. Savory and sweet waffle choices, sandwiches are 'open face' and meant to be picked up and eaten like a slice of pizza. They are careful and clear about which options are GF. Delicious and sweet atmosphere!

This place was very gluten safe and the waffles were awesome! I traveled to Boston for the weekend and after reading the reviews decided it would be a good place to try. They have a separate gf waffle maker and most of the toppings are gf. I tested the waffles with my Nima sensor and it came back with gf results. The woman who took my order was very accommodating and suggested I try the s’mores waffle with fruity pebbles as a gf alternative, instead of graham cracker crumbs. Amazing!

Yummy gluten free waffles on a dedicated waffle maker. Lots of GF topping choices. Plus delicious coffee and a great selection of teas. Perfect place for tea and a waffle! FYI, waffles are more snack/dessert size than meal size. You should definitely go here!

This place is incredible! The waffles are delicious. They almost taste like croissants, which is something I thought I'd never eat again. Knowledgeable staff and they use a separate waffle-maker for gf.

Blue Shades has made a gluten free version of probably the world's greatest waffle––the liege waffle (they describe it as the caramelized, made to order, donut-like, liege waffle from Belgium.) The gluten free option is soft and raised/doughey as it should be, comes with powdered sugar or you can have all kinds of toppings on it if you wish. They also have the nicest coffee and teas in Worcester.
