Review of Blue Sky Cafe and Juice Bar

I was assured that my food would be safe and so far it does not seem I experienced cross contact. I was sad to find out that the batter for the gf waffles and hot cakes is made with dairy. There were also no dairy free options for butter or cheese. I got the Denver omelette without the dairy elements, paid extra for avocado, and it was delicious. My husband said the gf waffles were great!
