Told waitress I was celiac and she informed me of my options (GF and GF available options were also listed on regular menu). She knew exactly what I was talking about and told the manager and kitchen staff to change gloves and reduce contamination. Didn’t order or ask about fries, but kettle chips were gf. I did not get sick- but they do not have a dedicated space
