My daughter has celiac and enjoyed a GF cinnamon roll and GF French toast. The food was great and the servers were amazing!

Had breakfast here on the Saturday of The Longest Yardsale. Food was amazing! My husband is celiac and had the eggs Benedict on GF English Muffin. He said it was delicious. I had non-celiac cinnamon french toast. I also order a bacon flight. The flavors were amazing but I was disappointed that the blueberry crumble had graham cracker crumbs on, making it not celiacsafe. The other flavors of a citrus chili, blue cheese and cinnamon brown sugar were all celiac safe and amazing! The chef is celiac and her daughter was our waitress.

Server sat down and discussed gf options and there were many. Had the gf cinnamon roll which was delicious and served hot and the portabella spinach eggs Benedict which was yummy. Great place, no reactions and was super nice to know they really cared about keeping you safe from gluten. Highly recommend.

Had a nice brunch at the counter. Had the corned beef hash. A+ but the GF cinnamon rolls where really the star.
Very popular, you will wait.

Went for a late lunch but still ordered breakfast! I had the Eggs Benedict with sliced tomatoes as my side. Regret not getting the home fries but hadn’t remembered any reviews. Meal was great, a little heavy due to the amount of hollandaise sauce but so great to eat this dish again! My daughter had the cinnamon roll and turkey sausage. Said both were delicious. Had hoped to leave with a brownie for later but they were sold out. Considering going back in the morning before we leave town!

Delicious breakfast/brunch place with many GF options. Staff is very knowledgeable! I had eggs, a Keto biscuit (gluten and grain free) and a GF cinnamon roll. My husband had eggs, biscuit, gravy, and sausage. All was very good.

My family had breakfast here on a one-night stop through Chattanooga. Very friendly staff, and very flexible for dietary restrictions, especially gf. Homemade baked goods and most are gf. I had a keto cheddar biscuit which came warm and was surprisingly delicious. They cook their food in olive oil instead of refined oil, which I appreciate sooo much. Classic American diner food —grits, omelettes, eggs Benedict etc. all was good. The gf scone was moist and tasty. Good hot sauces too. The only mediocre part was the weak coffee, but I drink jet fuel at home so maybe that’s just me.

Good variety. Safe. No reaction. I had the gluten free cinnamon roll. It was very good. The bacon was also good. Sausage was a bit overcooked. Overall a good meal. Had lots of gluten free desserts too. Scones are good.

We love this family-owned place and try to stop in when we’re going through Chattanooga. I always want to leave with a sack full of gluten-free baked goods. The Eggs Benedict on a Gluten-free English Muffin are egg-cellent! 🍳 my gluten-full hubby said it was the best Reuben he’s ever eaten! And, to make the experience even better, there is always service with a smile and a sweet southern accent!

Service was great! Our waitress was super knowledgeable about the GF options, how the kitchen prepared them and I didn’t have any reactions! They don’t have a dedicated GF option but just about everything is GF except the pancakes.

The gluten free French toast was so good I checked back with the waitress to make sure she used the correct GF bread! It’s so awesome being able to go somewhere where the menu is just simple not an issue!

I had a delicious omelet and GF muffin. This is not a strictly GF kitchen, however, I let my server know, and she had the kitchen prepare and plate my food separately. I had no digestive symptoms from this meal.

Went here for breakfast and had a good experience. I’m not a big breakfast person so I just got some bacon and fruit, but there were some gf baked goods available including cinnamon rolls. Server was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Recommend.

I’ve eaten here 3x and have had a great experience each time. A huge majority of their menu is GF, and they are knowledgeable about cross-contact and celiac disease. So happy one of my pre-diagnosis spots is still safe for me!

Serve breakfast and lunch, closes at 2pm. Great menu with lots of gluten free options, even pre-made bakery items you can take home to bake later. Small restaurant with big southern charm. This is a huge find for someone that’s gluten-free!

We stopped in Bluegrass on our overnight drive up from FL. My daughter was so excited to have a GF cinnamon roll, those are hard to come by. I had a potato dish that was very yummy. The two non GF people in our family also enjoyed their meals. Our server was nice, she specifically asked if we were Celiac and if we needed our food prepared on a separate grill top.

LOTS of GF options and since I offered to share my table with another single lady, she paid my bill. I was totally knocked out and promised to “pay it forward “ + I paid a hefty tip.❤ Apparently the chef/owner is GF by choice.

A lot of things in the menu are gluten free, I had a delicious egg fritatta. The cinnamon roll can be GF, I ate it and it was definitely mouth watering but probably not super safe since other baked goods are not GF.
Staff understands GF. Plenty of options including breakfast potatoes and GF pastries.
Yes
Fantastic meal. Staff was very understanding and comfortable taking my order. I had a breakfast skillet and cinnamon roll without issues.
