This bakery is specifically for custom orders only. They have a very small assortment of GF options at the coffee shop next door.

Is ALL the food in this establishment gluten-free?

— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

They store their gluten free muffins in a small 3 x 2 plastic container that is also surrounded with gluten containing items therefore not Celiac safe whatsoever. When I tried to explain to them they became hostile and rude. If you're a hipster looking for gluten free enjoy if you're Celiac I highly recommend staying away from this place

— No gluten-free information on the menu

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much

Gluten free muffin with cranberries and almonds was good. Also had a cranberry cookie with cream filling good but cream center was a little sugary. Had a french chocolate truffle that was great. The truffle melted in your mouth.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

5 stars because their cupcakes are amazing (seriously best I’ve ever had) and they are the only place that makes gluten free vegan cupcakes in Pensacola but I would say that it’s hit or miss here. The first time I was fine and the second time I got sick so probably best for gluten allergy rather then celiac.
