This place does have a GF bun, but takes zero cross contamination measures. Fryer is not dedicated. The reviews that say tater tots are GF are inaccurate.

Super good burger. Knowledgeable staff let me know only gf side is their tater tots. The bun stayed intact which is always impressive. Fun environment.

Great burgers with gluten free buns! Don’t have a gluten free fryer but they are knowledgeable and accommodating on me being a celiac. Fun little place and had a couple decent wines too!

They made it very clear that they bake with wheat flour in this kitchen and don't avoid cross-contamination. So, Celiacs, for safety, go to nearby Sonny Bryan's for BBQ and a baked potato instead. Blues Burgers are greasy and gristle-y anyway.

Not only was the staff knowledgeable and helpful, the Gf burgers are AMAZING. The GF buns are toasted perfectly and soft. Truly the juiciest and most flavorful burger I’ve ever had. Our flight at love field was delayed so we stopped in. Totally worth it!!!

The burgers and GF buns deserve 5 stars but I have to deduct a star for non-GF fries, tots, and tortilla chips. I love salads but I'd usually eat a salad and fries.

Amazing burger! Staff was very knowledgeable and warned me that they did not have a dedicated fryer before I even asked the question.

The best gluten free bun I've ever had. Don't like that I have to pay more for a gluten free side but such is life in the big city.
