Bluestone Dining Room

Called in advance and they said work with the waitress. We had a great experience yesterday. Celiac child got ribeye dinner with sautéed veggies, wild rice, Caesar salad (no croutons). Waitress was careful to hear all my requests and check with the kitchen about using a separate pan, no wheat, checking salad dressing ingredients, etc. dinner was a success. We also had breakfast this morning but (buffet) my celiac child just brought her own food.
