This place is amazing for gf dining! Went for lunch today, not super busy. The server went over the whole menu and what could be served gf. She was very knowledgeable and spent the time with me. She brought gf soy sauce to the table. I had the yellowtail lovers dinner. 3 sashimi, 5 sushi, 6 piece yellowtail roll. So fresh and soft! Will def go again!

SO GOOD. Menu isn’t marked but they are very confident with taking care of gluten free patrons. Most of the sushi can be made gluten free and man is it delicious. Some of the best I’ve had! Just steer clear of the tempura, they’re happy to substitute items to make sushi GF!

I have 17 food allergies in addition to celiac diabetes and multiple gi disorders and they were fantastic! The staff member I spoke with was familiar with celiac and explained that they would change their gloves for me. I’m allergic to ginger and I don’t eat wasabi because of a mustard allergy (it’s very closely related and makes me nervous) and they even made me a nice little garnish with herbs, which wasn’t necessary but really made me feel accepted and not merely tolerated. I also needed help getting it to my car because of mobility issues and they were super kind about it. The sushi was phenomenal and incredibly fresh and I will definitely be going back!

BlueWater Sushi is amazing! Not only is the sheer selection of sushi fantastic, but the staff are knowledgeable and more than willing to accommodate allergies. My husband & I both have celiac & I also have a dairy allergy. We got 4 different rolls and they were all awesome! Neither one of us felt sick after eating there. Will absolutely be going back!
