Staff is VERY knowledgeable about what contains gluten. The chocolates are delicious and I felt completely safe indulging!

The people at the counter are also the same people who make the chocolates. They know what gluten is, and exactly which chocolates it is in. Every chocolate I've had here is amazing and I've never been sick. Excellent stuff.
