I’ve eaten here twice and not only did they have a great grasp of celiacs and what/what not would work - they food was awesome. I’m So grateful

Went with friends and was so excited as the menu stated GF options… ordered a GF pasta dish- was assured they understood I have celiac and I did not eat GF as part of the trend. My meal- it was delicious! Too good to be true as Later that evening I began vomiting - along with the classic signs/symptoms of being Glutened! I am fairly certain I ate real pasta and that is why I was so sick that evening. It took several days to feel like myself. Sadly, I will not return to this restaurant- not trusting.

Amazing food! No dedicated kitchen space, but they are familiar with celiac and took care to use separate pots and pans and avoid cross contamination. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family and my son did not get sick. If you are looking for some of the best dining in springfield, I highly recommend Bnapoli!
