Staff didn't even know much about gf options they had. Burger was over cooked and gf bun was too small for burger. Fries weren't that good either.

The staff was very knowledgeable. They directed me to the specific toppings that were safe from any cross contamination. The grass fed burger was cooked perfectly to medium. The gluten free bun was really good! Best of all, was the very generous portion of hand cut French fries fried in a dedicated fryer. Great meal! I will be visiting again on my next visit to Hermitage. Only thing I would have changed was to ask for ketchup for my take out order for those delicious fries.

They get it!! GF Buns are really, really good! Chock full of culinary care! Dedicated fryer! Nicole is bubbly informative and friendly! What a gem! Goat cheese would be nice addition. An additional and passionate suggestion for improvement! Why try so hard at good food only to sour my tastebuds with CNN spewing propaganda in both corners? Luckily!! Nicole made up for the CNN bitterness with her good cheer and friendly demeanor!

First - this is NOT a dedicated Glutenfree business . They do know about CC , & celiac, & have one fryer that is dedicated for GF French fries . They have GF hot dog & burger buns . French fries are wonderful. You have to be specific about how you want your burger however because they tend to put the wrong toppings on ever single time . But they are friendly & try hard .

Had excellent gluten free options and a very friendly staff that explained the ordering process and steps to prevent contamination. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

The staff only knew that there was one dedicated fryer. They didn't know if their chili or other things had gluten and were not knowledgeable. The menu only indicated ability to order a gf bun. But no other info on other items.
