I love Bo & Vine. I'm not super sensitive to cross contamination, so this place works well for me. The burgers are good and the fries are amazing. They have goat's cheese, so I can have a cow dairy free cheese. The only downside is they often under cook the burger. But, they are my Salem go-to for eating out.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
I went there seeing all of the "gluten sensitive" and info about cross contamination thinking it would be a good choice of meal, I'm not celiac and usually do okay with cross contamination. I ordered something gluten free and after eating the burger, realized that although the bun was gluten free and they said it was gluten free, there had to be an ingredient that wasn't. I asked if the sauce was gluten free and not a single person could give me a yes or no, they said the manager was busy and they couldn't ask. I made a mistake not asking beforehand, but they should at least be able to find out ingredients in the event if something getting actually sick.

Burgers, sandwiches and salads. Menu indicates "gluten-sensitive bun" which prompted me to ask what that meant. GF bun but they can't guarantee no cross contact as food is grilled and prepared in a shared area. Offered to scrape/clean the grill prior to cooking burger. Server recommended a salad for less chance of cross contact. Had the BBQ ranch salad: mixed greens, house corn salsa, bacon, avocado, cheddar, house ranch, (GF) bbq drizzle. Chef confirmed all was GF. It was absolutely delicious! I appreciated the server's honesty about the risk of cross contact. Would definitely go back for a salad in the future. They do not have a dedicated GF fryer.
