Boardwalk Deli offers several safe GF choices especially beneficial for those staying at the Swan & Dolphin where GF options are extremely limited. The roasted turkey sandwich, grilled cheese and roast beef were all delicious and no one in our party, whom are all celiac, got sick.

Gluten free bread and muffins. All items prepared in a separate area. Our muffin choice was frozen so they gave us a free extra muffin of a different flavor, and two muffins of our flavor! Good food, friendly people!

While not listed on the menu, the Boardwalk Deli & Bakery offers two gluten/wheat-free muffins: chocolate chip and blueberry. The staff was very attentive and I felt safe eating here. The muffins seemed like they were stored in a refrigerator prior to being served so I felt safe knowing they were baked in another location and stored without apparent cross-contamination. The muffins also came in individual containers with allergy labels and in a sealed allergy labeled bag. Taste-wise, the chocolate chip muffin was alright — you could definitely tell it was gluten free. The blueberry muffin was much better and I would order it again.
