At any of the Disney restaurants, make sure to ask about gluten-free options. It may not be on the menu, but they're willing to do what they can to help. Manager took my order carefully and prepared it herself. My husband got the chicken salad wrap and I asked for just the chicken salad. She checked the ingredients and said it was GF. My portion was very generous and came with a choice of chips, coleslaw or soup. It tasted great and had plenty of celery, grapes and walnuts. I would order here again, for sure.

Was there yesterday for lunch. They had nothing gluten-free. I ended up having a tuna salad without the croutons.

They have the best smoothies in town. Super healthy to boot! They are worth every penny. Or favorites are the Iron man and the sunrise. We haven't had food there but they do offer salads and breakfast.
