Boat House of Marietta (Boathouse BBQ)

waitress was nice but I asked if the side and toast (giving to my family members) could be on separate plates. I received it with it touching my pulled pork which is disappointing. the pork was dry and found out after I ordered the only gluten free sauce was buffalo sauce which I didn’t like personally, safe to say it’s not gluten friendly, be careful.

Called ahead and was told the only gluten free items were the meats and vegetables. Ordered beef brisket and salad and sweet potato side without the gluten filled toppings. The salad arrived with croutons but was quickly exchanged for a fresh one without them. I was disappointed that none of their sauces except buffalo is gluten free. The brisket had excellent flavor. The salad was pretty boring. Had cheese. Outdoor seating was really nice.

Right on the river in Marietta. Beautiful view, large patio with heaters, friendly staff. That’s all the positives. The only thing on the menu that was gluten free was the protein (which was mediocre even though they are supposedly known for their BBQ) and salad (if you left off the croutons).
