Several GF options marked on the menu. Yucca fries and plantains are fried separately, so they’re always GF. Staff is well-informed but maybe a little over-cautious - my grilled mahi-mahi came out with no pineapple salsa and I can’t imagine what gluten would be in that. Luckily the spice rub on the fish was full of flavor so it was good even without the sauce.
