Bob's has consistently been able to make sure I get safe food, even when dealing with multiple food allergies on top of celiac. The servers seem very knowledgeable. The gluten free bus is tasty but a bit small - I prefer this. No safe fries, but baked potato is available after 5 p.m. The gluten free menu is accurate and safe. The servers assure me that the kitchen prep looks like a surgery or biohazard is being managed. Will and Lily have both been great servers for my family and I. Kid friendly, though no GF kids menu.
