Bob's Burgers and Brew

I found this restaurant on this app while on a small road trip. I decided to try it, and I got the Steak and Fries. They were both super good and gluten-free! They even fry the fries in a separate oil from other foods that include gluten! The only thing is I asked for no Garlic Bread with my food because I’m gluten-free, but they gave me garlic bread, they were super nice about it though and brought it back, then gave it to me with no Garlic Bread. I would recommend!

If you have any other allergies they have no information on the brand of their GF buns and don’t really have many options other than GF burgers. I ended up leaving without ordering since I have a nut allergy.

Knowledgeable staff and decent GF menu. Dedicated fryer which is hard to find. This means french fries, Jo Jos and Nachos as an option. The nachos are huge. A small is more than enough for one person. The GF bun wasn’t great on our burger (small and just ok tasting) just so you can manage your expectations.

Split a gluten free chicken ranch burger with my dad. It was very good. I grabbed a GF shortbread bar to go......... that was amazing! I ate it without adding anything on top and I think that was a good call. I will be back when I come back through town.

Bob's Burgers and Brew has gf Jensen's buns and the staff are knowledgeable. They have a separate gf menu, so be sure to ask for it.

Great service, knowledgeable waitstaff! There were several gf options including baked potato, and gf buns for all of the burgers and sandwiches. My daughter opted for the nachos with chicken, which is grilled on its own dedicated meat-only grill to avoid cross-contamination. A great experience!

My son and I both have celiac disease and are so thankful that we found Bob’s Burgers in Puyallup! Our server, Johnet, was very knowledgeable (she said she has celiac family members) so we get very comfortable with her. The General Manager (along side our fantastic server) did a great job making sure that we were 100% safe. The food was AMAZING! This will be my family’s go to restaurant as long as Johnet is our server.
