Warning: food truck style cooking for Celiac. I was at first told nothing was gluten free then told everything was safe but the chips. I went with a few tacos off the main menu after ordering one that was fried in a shared fryer and didn't have an issue. Very tasty.

All of the tacos (and some of the ensaladas) was gf. Not a dedicated kitchen area for cooking, but I didn’t get sick and I’m really sensitive! The tacos was AMAZING!

FYI this place is actually a nightclub. Came with coworkers after an event at the convention center and we were not allowed in the dining room because we had backpacks with us. We were permitted to order tacos at the “truck” and eat them outside (under a tree in the rain). That said, the tacos are on corn tortillas and they were all delicious. Next time I will go earlier in the day and when I’m better-dressed.
