Bogota is my go-to restaurant for safe dining, and for years I would have given it 5 stars since the food is quite good with many GF options. It was my favorite restaurant for some time. But as the business has expanded, quality has become a bit inconsistent, and delivery sizes have shrunk considerably. A few times the food has been way too aggressively salted (I say this as a salt lover!), on more than one occasion the kale has been sandy (!), and chicken can be overcooked. This isn’t always the case…it’s more like sometimes the kitchen has a not-great night, which can happen anywhere, but it happens more frequently these days (usually when getting delivery — haven’t had many issues when eating there).
That said, MOST of the time the food is really good and it’s amazing to have so many fried options. I’ve never gotten sick and appreciate that so much of the menu is GF. I still go here often but no longer order delivery. So I definitely recommend it, but it doesn’t hit it out of the park quite the same way that it used to a few years back.
