Such a celiac paradise! The bulk of the menu is gluten free, with very clear labeling on the menu. Everything marked gluten free on the menu is prepared separately and safely! Yes, even the fried plantains. Got the arepa de pabellón and it was super delicious, no reactions. Also enjoyed a mojito! Great vibe, would definitely come again!
