Let me start by saying that the only reason I'm leaving this review is because the owner refused to come to our table to speak with us. The restaurant wasn't very busy, either. We would come here because they had the best gluten free pizza crust *and* dairy-free cheese. Sucks to have to eat this way but this place was worth the 45 minute drive. No longer. They changed crust to Still Riding, which has always been, and is still, the worst commercial pizza crust. It's gummy and tasteless. Plus, the last two times there has been about 2 tablespoons of meat topping on the entire pizza. I will end by saying that this review could've been avoided if the owner has stepped out of the kitchen and cared about customer service. We will not be returning, nor will our family.

I have confirmed, and they do, in fact, now have a dedicated gluten free fryer! Menu has items marked as GF too! I am extremely sensitive and felt great after eating here.

If you have gluten problems you should not eat here.

I was very sad to go to Bohemian on August 21st. They have really great food but they continue to put diners health at risk by purposely mislabeling food on the menu as gluten free. I have had written and verbal conversations with them since last fall about the danger of doing this yet it continues.

I tried to confirm with the waitress that the gluten free fries were being cooked in the Gluten free fryer I had been told was being installed (last fall). I was told that potatoes are gluten free and that was why they were marked as gluten free in the menu and that they were fried with everything else.

I explained that putting them in a fryer with everything else contaminated them and it is a health risk to label them as gluten free. This continues after requests in the spring that they stop misleading people on their menu. I was told it would be fixed with the next menu printing.

It has not and staff are clearly not aware of importance of avoiding contamination. Such a shame as the food is really good. It does make me wonder what else is being misrepresented. It's fine to not provide gluten free food but irresponsible to actively advertise it as such when you know it is not.

Please do not trust the GF labels if you have gluten problems
