Great gluten free experience here! The waiter was super helpful and let me know that the original broth was gluten free. She also brought me my own meat that had no soy sauce marinade and dedicated tongs for my barbecue. All ingredients are separate and you have your own pot, so I could safely make my own soup! I didn’t get sick and would 100% go back!
