When asked if their food was gluten free the response was... a quizzical look then “no there shouldn’t be any flour in it”. I ordered the bag of crawfish, shrimp, clam, corn on the cob and potato. The food tasted good but I became ill soon after. It has taken a few days to recover. My husband, who is from New Orleans, believes the culprit was likely the sauce. He thinks it was a true roux which traditionally contains flour. No one else suffered any ill side effects.
