Based on their site, they do everything right including using dedicated fryers! I tested both the tots and the honey garlic wings. Tots were fine, honey garlic wings were unfortunately a strong positive 😔 I recommend testing your food, I’ve had mixed results a few times now. Big bummer. It seems like it could be my every Friday joint otherwise!

No issues afterwards and delicious fried chicken. Multiple locations so it’s easy to grab on the go, and it’s nicer then regular fast food.

Our Kitchen Managers regularly test our fryers with a certified test from the makers of Nima
Menu items that contain gluten are prepared separately from our gluten free menu items.
Our restaurant & menus are free from peanuts + tree nuts and shellfish. Menu items with fish listed as a allergen contain anchovy

Tasty wings— juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside! Affordable and safe! Many items on the menu are gf and you can see the allergy lists online for each product. Have eaten here numerous times and haven’t had an issue.

Love Bok a Bok!! So happy I can have fried chicken again - and it’s super crispy and good. Their online menu clearly lists all allergens, which is super helpful. Most of the menu is GF - except the sandwiches. I haven’t experienced any cross-contamination, I think they are careful.

I’ve eaten here a few times and had very good experiences. They are knowledgeable about their GF items. The chicken is gluten free and so good! They do have some non-GF items on the menu, but they take precautions and the fryer is dedicated GF. Some of the sauces are also GF as well.
