Was just passing through Fort Lauderdale and it was so great to have a dedicated gluten free facility to eat at for dinner! Had the lemon chicken bowl and it was absolutely delicious!

This was our first visit to Bolay. Awesome service and the food was amazing,! The staff was very knowledgeable about any other allergens besides gluten that would not be suitable for our family. My only gripe is that they are only in Florida. Pleeeease consider expanding!!!! We'd welcome you with open arms in the Twin Cities 🤞 Definitely a new go to spot the next time I'm in Florida!

Everything is gluten free & celiac safe. This is similar to like a chipotle setup but the food is SO much better and actually safe to eat! Also, get a cookie- trust me! This will definitely be a new favorite go-to!

Excellent fast food restaurant! My go -to place for take out. Food is always fresh and hot and all gluten free. The large portion is enough for 2 dinners for me and I have a good appetite. You can't go wrong ordering here.

The entire place is gluten free, and the only dairy is in the cookie and the parmesan cheese. It is quick (think Chipotle walk thru type), really tasty, fresh, and healthy. The flavors are great. And easy to understand allergen menu on their website if you have any other allergies.

100% gluten free!!! I was so happy to find this place! My kids even liked it and one is uber picky. They also don't use dairy to cook anything. The sweet potato noodles are delicious! I wish there were more of these places!
