First time I have had a real selection to choose from when at a restaurant. Our server was knowledgeable when I asked questions. I was very surprised on how tasty the bun was.

Staff is so well trained on celiac safety. I've been here 3 times, and I haven't gotten sick once.

Ate here because of the great reviews, but I got sick 30 minutes after having their GF steel burger and fries. WARNING IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE!!!

We eat here all the time because it is safe. GIG trained and they hold to it, no cutting corners. The burgers, sandwiches and nachos are great. Not so much the pizza. They have GF hard ciders and Red Bridge Beer which is great.

we went here tonight for the first time, the gluten free menu was amazing. I ordered the grilled cheese bacon burger, yummy. we will definitely be back.

Went here last night and the food was amazing. First saw in there front window a big sign that said Gluten free options available. They were right we asked the waitress and it was not just one or two options but a two sided gluten free menu with so many options from appetizers, entries, and desserts. She even made sure we wanted the fries gluten free made in a separate fryer. We loved it so much finally a place with a lot of options, we will be going back.

Chef Paul although not a Celiac himself is one of the best advocates for the disease I've ever met! He personally ensures the GF options are safe and takes great pride in providing and wonderful dinning experience for all! Boll Weevil 53 has become our go to restaurant! They have dedicated fryers and prep locations within the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination. PS, give the GF Chocolate Torte a try. You won't be disappointed! You can even enjoy a GF beer (New Planet or Redbridge) with your meal! Come on now! A gluten free burger (many to choose from) fries or sweet potato fries, and a GF beer??!! You gotta go!
