On arrival 11 minutes early we were turned away because we were too early. Harried service by very hardworking staff. However the food when it came was really delicious. Things to note 1. there is no separate gluten free menu 2. We were told by waiter, as others have reported, all is gluten free except samosas and naan. Must have been true as I wasn’t sick, not even a tummy ache. 3. This restaurant is in the heart of heaving tourist area. The din does quieten when actually inside the restaurant. 4. I had chicken tikka starter (called Snack here) 5. Dairy alert. My vegetarian biryani had lots of very small cubes of paneer in, un-announced. 6. I felt like there were rules at this restaurant I didn’t understand. Like you have to stand up when they run out of wine as your sofa seats gave storage under them! Having said that the food was good and I wasn’t sick.
