One of the pastry chefs we spoke to has celiac and takes extra precautions when baking gluten free. Though this isn’t a dedicated GF facility, they wait several hours for the flour in the air to settle before baking GF. The treats were delicious and this was an amazing little find! We will definitely be going back!
