The Bomber didn’t used to make any effort to accommodate a gluten free diet. However, if you’re looking for breakfast food they do have options now. Their eggs, omelets, and breakfast potatos are cooked on dedicated grills according to our knowledgable server today. They do not have a gluten free bread so no toast with your meal, but the omelet and potato portions were quite large so no problem for me.
