I asked if the hazelnut stracciatella was gluten free and the person behind the counter was very condescending for what you would think is a straightforward question. They said it wasn’t gluten free so I asked what had gluten in it out of curiosity since I was surprised and the person seemed confused. I was told that it wasn’t made on-site so there was gluten. I rephrased my question and asked if the ingredients were gluten free and was told not necessarily. Again, kinda condescending. If you can’t guarantee there’s no cross-contamination then just say that don’t argue semantics with me.
