They had some great gluten-free treats in the cooler, but use caution with the smoothies. They are delicious and many should be gluten-free, but I believe I had a cross-contamination reaction with mine. I had almond butter in my smoothie, and didn’t think anything of it, had a gluten reaction, and soon after realized that it was probably the same jar used for their toast so it may have had glutened crumbs in it. I would probably go there again but I would be more careful about which items may be subject to cross-contamination.

I love going to Bonafide! The bowls and smoothies are all delicious. They’re very cognizant of gluten allergies and offer many vegan options as well for those dairy free like me.
