What a terrific find! Stopped in for lunch while visiting my dad at the VA hospital. There are many GF options, including the falafel, which was delicious! It’s cooked in a dedicated fryer. The owner was quite helpful in describing which options would be best. I had a chopped salad with the falafel and chicken a la plancha. I felt very safe, as the owner’s children have celiac. Would definitely go back!!

Absolutely delicious! You know you are in a safe place when the owner’s son has celiac disease. Most of the items on the menu are flourless (lots of vegan options as well). Except of course for the pitas. The owner actually mentioned to me that he is working on a gluten free pita- which in itself is amazing. The oats are not certified gluten free so I didn’t get anything with oats in it. There was plenty of other options. The cashier also has celiacs and she recommended the falafel, but the marinated chicken smelled so good. It was called Chicken a la Plancha and I went with the plate. It had white basmati rice and cooked vegetables (vegan, nut free, flourless). Every single bite was incredible. I also grabbed the freshly squeezed mint lemonade. Typically I wouldn’t get mint in anything I drink, but saw other people grabbing it so I did. Once again so delicious. I also grabbed some fresh baked gluten free choc chip cookies. As I ate them I was so nervous that they were not actually gluten free at all. They tasted way better than those Otis spunkmeyer cookies and were just unreal. I am going back the second I get a chance. They also do catering.
