Bone and Broth

They are wonderful about allergies! After I placed my take-out order with celiac notes, the chef personally called me and told me that his mom has celiac and that they take it very seriously in their kitchen. They have a separate toaster and separate fryer. Food is also amazing!

Was very impressed with Bone and Broth. Alerted the manager of my allergy and she was (without prompting) aware of cross contamination issues. She was knowledgeable about even minor things that are not gluten free (sauces, blue cheese, etc.) and walked me through the entire menu. My server was a little less knowledgeable but worked together with the manager to ensure that everything was safe. Almost all of the entrees were gluten free or could be made gluten free, as well as all the side items. Both the server and manager were very thorough and patient, I felt well taken care of. I am NOT confirmed celiac but react very severely to gluten. I enjoyed the cheeseburger, fries, deviled eggs (sans blue cheese) and onion dip. My family got steaks that looked excellent, too.
