Great food for a chain restaurant. Good GF options.
Awesome fish. Really helpful with the gluten dairy and soy free. Ask for Casey great waiter!!!
Excellent GF menu, wonderful wines! The chocolate macadamia nut brownie with raspberry sauce and ice cream was heavenly!!!
one of my favorite places to eat. they have a lot of choices including flourless brownie and creme brulee for dessert.
GF menu with lots of choices including flour less brownie!
GF menu, several options, good food!
Server was knowledgeable, separate GF menu. She asked if we wanted bread brought out (other diner was not Celiac) and I appreciated the courtesy. My dinner was delicious and I would go back to this location if I were in the area again.
They have a separate GF menu and the staff seems to have been trained on cross contamination. However, the lady who answered the phone said they have a dedicated grill for GF items, but the waitress said they don't have a dedicated spot, but they clean the grill before cooking GF items. Not sure which is true but chanced it anyway.
Did NOT understand celiac or gluten free! Even after very clear direction on how to handle food for GF they made critical errors. Waitress was annoyed and not understanding. Manager never apologized or tried to correct error of contamination! DO NPT RECOMMEND !
The Madison Rd. location is wonderful! They are GIG trained & take their celiac patrons seriously. This is one of my very few go-to places, never once been sick after (immediate or delayed reaction), no CC issues. The food is fantastic, many GF options are their 'normal' recipes that happen to be gluten free so you're not getting a weird tasting modified version. The desert brownie is off the charts good! Love, love, love me some Bonefish! 😀 oh, and they have amazing GF cocktails too!!!
Everything interesting is "without the sauce." Very limited options.
I had a great gluten free meal. Server was knowledgeable.
There are gluten free items on the menu but beware. The staff have not been trained well. I got my meal along with my other 7 friends but no one mentioned "Who as the gluten free meal" as is the usual procedure. In fact someone else got my food in error. That should have been a red flag but I ignored it, trusted them and ate it after they figured out whose meal was whose. Three days of Pepto and Imodium and probably time to heal. Bah!
Separate menu and server told me they have a separate prep area. My plate looked like it was just thrown together but it was good (scallops and shrimp with garlic mash and seasonal veg). The best part of the meal was dessert. The flourless brownie and ice cream was so big and delicious I actually shared it!
Yummy! No celiac reaction here! Was even able to enjoy a glass of Pinot noir with out having to pay for it later. A+!
Note: I have non celiac gluten sensitivity, so while I don't know whether they are celiac friendly or not, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and did not suffer any repercussions. I enjoyed Mussels Josephine, Florida Cobb Salad with Shrimp, and Creme Brûlée. The server was pleasant and knowledgeable. Easily one of my favorite places to eat.
I have had lots of good experiences here. I get the Lilly's Chicken and the macadamia nut brownie- hands down best gluten free dessert EVER! As long as you tell your wait staff about your "allergy" they are really good! One of our favorite fancy dinners
We love this restaurant! Three Celiacs in our family and they always accommodate. Thank you Marc!!!
The restaurant was very accommodating and they had a separate gluten free menu. My children who are GF were very happy with their meal. One had the lobster tail and one had grilled chicken. They had a large selection of other choices and checked with the chef with other questions about the food. Best part was they were able to get a brownie with ice cream and the creme brûlée for dessert! Usually they can only get ice cream at restaurants. And the desserts were delicious. The non-gf people were happy with their meals as well.
I have celiac, and once I told the waiter I would get sick, they worked very hard to make sure it was gluten free. I ordered the steak with broccoli and rice, and they were so concerned that they cooked my steak on foil. This was one of the best places I have eaten at.
Awesome! Great selection & lobsters so yummy 😀
They have a separate gluten free menu and the server explained that gloves are changed out in the kitchen, etc and care is taken with the meal. I felt good about eating here! They have a gluten free brownie and beer, too!
Really good gf menu and dessert options as well. I just wish their gluten bread didn't look and smell so good aghh! I am always sure to order a salad or appetizer so I have something to eat while others are enjoying the bread. They will make you bang bang shrimp gluten free! It's regular shrimp not fried but with the sauce- just as good! My new fav though is saucy shrimp. It's not always on the menu but they can usually make it if you ask for it and they have the ingredients! Awesome service everytime- these people are amazing- it's almost scary.
Friendly servers (and it helps that they're easy on the eyes), fast, attentive service, GLUTEN FREE BEER. I followed the previous rater, played it safe and ordered the Lily's Chicken. I'm glad I did. You should too (though they do have a filet mignon and a rib-eye as well). Enjoy. :-)
I ordered chicken off of the gluten free menu. The dish said it came with seasonal vegetables so I felt pretty safe since it was the gluten free menu. The "seasonal vegetable" was couscous! The waitress took back the plate. When she brought it back there was no replacement for the couscous and I believe they just re plated the same chicken and mashed potatoes. I didn't even make it half way home and I already had stomach pain. I had a horrendous night. I will never eat there again!
