This is a great BBQ place when the guy taking my order found out I was gluten free he told me what to stay away from. All of the BBQ except the brisket is safe and of course anything fried is not safe. They were very knowledge and the ribs fell off the bone.

NOT gluten-free. We asked the young man at the counter if the ribs had gluten or soy, to which he asked his manager. He returned and assured us the dipping sauces and ribs were gluten and soy-free. When the food arrived, there were hush puppies on the side. The ribs were blackened and tasted burnt. My wife couldn’t finish the ribs before she started feeling sick, puking and sitting on the toilet for the rest of the night. I had the pulled pork, which tasted fine. If you have gluten allergens I wouldn’t recommend this place.

You'll take your chances eating here. There is no dedicated gluten free menu. The young man at the counter was clueless, and instead of asking the manager for information tried to guess. Another employee helped out, but when I received my order it had fried hush puppies on top. The meats and sauces are allegedly gf.

The guy at the counter seemed surprised when I asked about gluten free items. He talked to the chef and then told us that only the sauces were gluten free. We ordered the Choose 4 combo - ribs, chicken, pork, and brisket. Ribs were tough, brisket was dry but the pulled pork wasn’t bad. Sauces were good - mild, sweet and hot. Celiacs in my family had little reaction. But the food wasn’t anything to brag about so we won’t return.

Food was excellent. My daughter had beef brisket with mild bbq sauce and corn on the cob. All sauces are GF. Tested everything in my Nima. Perfect.

Delicious. Knowledgable. Safe. Best bbq I have had in a very long time. Wish I was staying in Gatlinburg longer just so I can eat here more. Should not be as low down on this list because it was an amazing option with few menu limitations.

Great service! Very knowledgeable about food allergies. Walked me through what I can and can’t have. All bbq sauces and rubs are GF. Not a dedicated fryer but he made me aware of that. Also walked me through safe foods for dairy allergy. I highly recommend this place.
