The manager (?maybe owner) was extremely eager to help us feel comfortable with their practices. He knew the ingredients inside and out. The kitchen made our breakfast sandwiches on foil to avoid cross-contamination. It did take 25 to 30 minutes to get our food, because they were cleaning utensils and pans to make our order. Overall, we thought the food and service was fantastic. We ordered breakfast sandwiches with potatoes. The potatoes are made in the oven, so no cross-contamination in a fryer. There was only one item in the sweets case that was marked, gluten-free, and it was not well separated from other items. That dessert would probably be fine for someone who is not Celiac.
