Bono's Pit Bar-B-Q

They're bbq sauces are gluten free, however NONE of the meat is except for the Turkey. The rub they use on all the other meat is not gf. You have to request them to use a fresh cutting board and change their gloves. The location in Bartram Park in Jacksonville, FL is fabulous about this and it was the actual cook that let me know no meat was safe other than the turkey. I haven't been to any other location post diagnosis to confirm every location is this great. I love their turkey salad, the croutons are in a sealed bag and you can let them know you don't want croutons - and if they accidentally do include them, they're prepackaged so no biggie.

All BBQ sauces were given to me to check ingredients myself. NO GLUTEN. They use Xantham Gum to thicken. Fries are in shared oil. I doubt they take a great deal of precautions, but my kids and I can at least eat and feel safe enough with Sweet potatoes, cole slaw and baked beans as our sides.
