Ownership/management of the cafe changed about 6 weeks ago. When I visited there were no GF baked goods available at all.

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much

Gluten free bread can be substituted, and they do take precaution for cross-contamination. Great to have a safe option in this neighborhood!! Also have a good dairy free options as well :) my friend, was able to substitute the cheese on her breakfast sandwich for vegan cheddar.

Staff is always wonderful. Gluten free bread can be substituted on any sandwich. Vegetarian offerings. Always at least 2 gluten free cookies. Both soups on a recent visit were gluten and dairy free.
