Called ahead of time and received affirmation that the restaurant could accommodate celiac-level gluten-free (although no dedicated fryer). However, once we arrived, our server - although kind and making good efforts to be helpful -- did not seem very knowledgeable of gluten-containing ingredients and seemed to be relaying conflicting information from the kitchen. We tried to order safely but our son (celiac) complained of symptoms afterwards. (He's 6, so it's as reliable as a report from a 6 year old.) All together, although they tried to be accommodating, the experience did not inspire confidence.

Just finished a meal here. I ordered the flank steak salad that comes with french fries on it. I’m not celiac so cross contamination is usually fine for me. FF are not coated. Dressing is homemade. They have gf buns for anyone getting a burger and usually have gf pasta but they are having trouble sourcing it reliably right now. Excellent meal! Steak was cooked perfectly and the veggies on the salad were cut bite size. Nothing worse than having to cut up half a tomato in a full bowl of salad. Will be back here again when traveling through!
