I wanted to like this place bc it has an amazing playground in it. It was an awful experience though. I asked if they had a gf menu. The server didn’t know what gluten was (Not the worst but not the best). The only thing she mentioned was the gf pizza crust. I got a basic gf pepperoni pizza. I asked her to mark it allergy. Glutened and nauseous within 15 min.

The waiter was very kind and they offer both gluten free and cauliflower crust BUT I feel violently ill after eating here. Usually cross contamination doesn’t bother me much if at all. There wasn’t anything else I ate today that upset me so I have to assume it was the pizza - which is sad cause it was so yummy :((

I recently visited BoomBozz in East Nashville and ordered a calzone from a friendly waitress who gave me some good input on the gluten content of the various items on the menu. I must say I was stunned by the way her manager, a heavy set over bearing woman, spoke to her. After the waitress spent an extra five minutes telling me about the gluten content in the food offered at the establishment she walked over to enter my order only to be ruthlesly berated by her manager. The whole experience made me uncomfortable and its highly unlikely I will ever step foot in the building again much less eat there. If you think service personel deserve respect and you want goid pizza from a gluten conscious establishment then do yourself a favor and walk down the hill to 5 Points Pizza.

First of all, the cauliflower crust pizza was not very good—frozen gf pizza from the grocery store is better. I went to BoomBozz with my husband for the first time, and we had a “buy one large pizza, get one free” coupon. They have a gf pizza crust and cauliflower crust—neither are large size, so they wouldn’t allow me to use the coupon even though we bought a large (wheat) pizza for my husband. I said, “But it doesn’t seem fair because I have celiac disease and can’t order your large pizza and it’s not my fault your cauliflower pizza is only medium.” So that was annoying plus it just wasn’t a very good pizza. Never going back.

Offered gluten free pizza, but staff seemed unsure about gluten allergies and how to accommodate. Server asked if gluten allergy was even a thing.
