Great food!

— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu

The owner makes sure that the staff is very aware of cross contamination (I believe they have someone in the family who is celiac actually if memory serves me right). I have been eating here for years and I am a very sensitive celiac. Have never been sick once. Highly recommend this spot.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The person preparing the food didn’t change gloves between assembling the buns and then handling the french fries. But, in their defence, I didn’t ask them to. There’s definitely constant cross-contamination from what I observed.

The food was mediocre- satisfying but nothing special. I would say it’s a few steps down from 5 Guys but the same price.

This restaurant serves delicious burgers in a salad bun ! My burger was prepared specially in the back and bagged separately. Fries are cooked in separate fryer, made with PEI potatoes. Their poutine is delicious !!! Felt fine after eating there.

Boom burger has delicous tasting burgers that are cooked separately with a lettuce bun! They are aware of cross contamination. French fries are also gluten free.
